Museum in a Box

Use Birmingham Museums’ collection in your classroom every day. Choose from over 200 museum boxes and enrich your lessons by handling authentic artefacts, some of which are over 3,000 years old.

Our Outreach Team is available to present stimulating and informative curriculum-linked interactive science shows, workshops, and mobile planetarium dome sessions in your school.

We offer an extensive programme of activities designed to engage with your students varying learning styles and curriculum needs, ranging from early years and key stage 1 science stories to key stage 2, 3 and 4. 

The sessions are designed to be accessible to all including students with learning difficulties or other special needs.
