Join the Attic Theatre and Tread the Boards Theatre Company at Aston Hall for their outdoor production of 'Alice in Wonderland'.

This event has been rescheduled and now takes place on Friday 6th August (it was previously advertised as Saturday 21st August).

Minimum booking of 2 people, maximum booking of 6 people per picnic spot.

All bookings to be made in advance, please pre-book your preferred performance time of 4.15pm or 7.15pm.

  • For the 4.15pm performance please arrive between 3.30pm and 4.15pm.
  • For the 7.15pm performance please arrive between 6.30pm and 7.15pm.

Performances will go ahead whatever the weather, so please wear appropriate clothing. Feel free to bring blankets and chairs to sit on, but please be considerate of the people around you so that everyone is able to see and enjoy the performance. No gazebos or large structures that would obscure the view of the production. Please arrive in good time to collect your delicious BBQ meal if you have pre-booked one.

There will be a 30 minute interval and the café will be open throughout the performance selling delicious snacks and treats. The Hall and Gift Shop will be closed.

Tickets (excluding a BBQ meal) £15.00 Adults, £10.00 children (3-15 years).

Each pre-booked BBQ adult meal includes two items from the mains and one side.
Each pre-booked BBQ children’s meal (for under 12s) includes one main, one side and a carton of fruit juice.

Tickets including BBQ £27.50 adults, £16.50 children (3-15 years).

Aston Hall will feel a little different to usual, but we are sure you will enjoy your visit and we look forward to welcoming you. This event will be a lovely opportunity to sit in the grounds and enjoy a wonderful performance, our café will be open for takeaway drinks and snacks, but the Hall, Gift Shop and Lady Holte’s Garden will be closed. Staff on site will be wearing PPE or working behind perspex screens, we have enhanced cleaning schedules in place, and we will be asking you to observe social distancing guidelines at all times whilst on site.

We are only accepting card payments, to limit personal interaction, with contactless preferred.

Please remember to bring a face covering for use in our indoor spaces and please note that you are limited to purchasing a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction from the same household/support bubble.
