Extra dated added due to popular demand! Join us for a socially distanced torchlit ghost tour of one of Britain’s most haunted buildings. Expect a few laughs and scares as we tell you all about the Hall’s intriguing past. We’re sure you’ll be left wondering if ghosts really do exist.

This is an exclusive opportunity to venture into Aston Hall at night as you will be guided around the dimly lit mansion by torchlight. And for that added extra level of atmosphere we’ve limited each timeslot to 12 people! So prepare for a scare and be sure to book your ticket.

Pre-booking is essential.

This event is not free for members.

Tours last approximately 1 hour and take place at: 5pm-6pm; 5.30-6.30pm; 6-7pm; 6.30-7.30pm; 7-8pm; 7.30-8.30pm; 8-9pm; 8.30-9.30pm; 9-10pm; 9.30-10.30pm.

Due to the content of some of the stories this event is not suitable for children under 8.

We recommend that you wear warm clothing and sensible footwear; the Hall is cold at this time of year. This event has very low-level lighting. There are staircases, uneven floors, and a large portion of the tour takes place on the upper floors of the building. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any questions about access needs.  Please wear sensible footwear and be prepared to climb plenty of steps, not suitable for visitors with limited mobility

Aston Hall will feel a little different to usual, but we are sure you will enjoy your visit and we look forward to welcoming you. This event will be a lovely opportunity to visit the Hall as part of a guided tour. Staff on site will be wearing PPE or working behind perspex screens, we have enhanced cleaning schedules in place, and we will be asking you to observe social distancing guidelines at all times whilst on site.

Card payments only to limit personal interaction, with contactless preferred.

Please remember to bring a face covering for use in our indoor spaces and please note that you are limited to purchasing a maximum of 6 tickets.

Birmingham Museums Trust is a registered charity and money raised through events like this help us care for beautiful buildings like Aston Hall. We thank you for your support and kindness.
