Come together to combat loneliness for Mental Health Awareness Week 2022.

Take part in a simple craft activity making scented lavender bags, with other games and activities, while chatting to neighbours. 

Relax in the beautiful grounds of the Hall after, perhaps with a hot drink from our café.

This activity is free and drop-in, arrive at anytime during the session. It will take place in the Barn. 

Mental Health Awareness Week is hosted by the The Mental Health Foundation. It is an annual event, this year running from Monday 9 May until Sunday 15 May 2022. The week will explore the experience of loneliness, its effect on our mental health and how we can all play a part in reducing loneliness in our communities.
