Bring your little monsters along to join us for a fun, interactive and spooky story in the museum this half term.
In the Victorian era spooky goings on were not always what they seemed. A world seeking spirituality looked for it in seances, readings, tarot cards and crystal gazing.
Houdini, yes Houdini, wasn’t having any of it.
Join Houdini as he sets to expose the fraudsters as money making chancers by revealing the ways of these spooky tricksters.
Don’t expect any escapology, Houdini is far too old for that now, but expect surprises, laughs and silliness in this spooky, clowny show.
The storytelling will take place in the Industrial Gallery and will run at 11am, 12noon, 1pm and 2pm. Each storytelling session is approximately 15 minutes long.
Suitable for adults and children aged 5 +.
This activity takes place from Saturday 26th until Tuesday 29th October.
