About A Night at the Museum with BRB

A chance to enjoy the Victorian Radicals exhibition and watch Birmingham Royal Ballet perform in the beautiful Waterhall on Thursday 27 June.

Join us at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery to see highlights from Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker alongside the world premiere performances of Melody in Three, a new work commissioned especially for the event by the London Ballet Circle.

And while you're enjoying the Victorian Radicals exhibition in the Gas Hall there will be a unique performance installation, based on the motion capture work BRB has been doing with experts in the field, Holosphere, whose interactive motion tracking system captures human movement and transforms it into real-time digital art.

Music from Royal Ballet Sinfonia Co-Leader Joana Valentinaviciute and a quartet of young musicians from Birmingham Conservatoire.
