An atmospheric tour of our historic jewellery factory, followed by a talk on Joseph Chamberlian, plus two chamberlain-themed alcoholic drinks*.

Enjoy a unique 'taste of history' in our Twilight Talk & Tour event at the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter.

Join a costumed, atmospheric evening tour of the Smith & Pepper factory and sip some complimentary samples of alcoholic drinks that Jewellery Quarter workers would have enjoyed from the Victorian age right up to the 1980's.

After the tour, sit in on a talk discussing one of Birmingham's historical icons, Joseph Chamberlain. This radical Unitarian would change the face of his adopted city by introducing social reforms in education, public health and the municipalisation of both gas and water supplies, making Birmingham the best run and healthiest city in the late Victorian world.

Accompanying the talk you can enjoy a complimentary cocktail inspired by the life and work of Joseph Chamberlain.

*Non alcoholic alternatives are available.

Tickets are £20 per adult.
