Opening Times

Winter Opening: 12th February - 3rd April 2020

Open Wednesdays and Thursdays
Entry to the Mill building is by guided tour only at 11.30am, 1pm, and 2.30pm. Tours last approximately 45 minutes. 

Enjoy our Millers Tea Room, newly restored bakehouse, shop and gardens at your own leisure from 11am - 4pm.

Summer Opening: 4th April - 1 November

Open Wednesday – Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

How to Get Here

By Road

Sarehole Mill is located 5 miles south from Birmingham City Centre. For google maps and Sat Nav use postcode B13 0BD. Cole Bank Road (B4146) is off the Stratford Road (A34).

There is a small car park next to the Mill. We ask those travelling to the Mill by car to help keep Hall Green looking it’s best by not parking on the grass verges on Cole Bank Road.

By Bus

Number 5 bus from Birmingham City Centre or circular bus 11A / 11C (alight at Sarehole Mill, Cole Bank Road bus stop). Bus services are operated by National Express West Midlands .

By Rail

The closest train station is Hall Green Station (10 minutes walk away). Turn left onto Stratford Rd, then right at large crossing onto Cole Bank Rd. Entrance to the mill is located on the right hand side of Cole Bank Rd.

By Bicycle
