Dog Friendly

The grounds at this Historic Property are dog friendly. Well behaved dogs, kept on leads, are welcome to join you on your visit. Our staff will provide water and drinking bowls.

Assistance dogs are welcome inside all of our historic property sites. Non-Assistance dogs are not allowed in the historic spaces or on the tours.

Soho House can be accessed via a ramp. Once inside the house, a lift connects all the floors. 

The visitor centre and gardens are also accessible for wheelchair users.


We have a concessionary rate for disabled visitors and a complimentary ticket policy for personal assistants. See our Concessions Policy for more details.

Car Park and Arrival

There is parking on site and 1 clearly marked Blue Badge parking space.


There are accessible toilets within the visitor centre where baby changing facilities can also be found.


If you require a chair during your visit please ask a member of staff who would be happy to help.

Hearing Loops

We have a number of portable hearing loops that are used across all of our venues. To ensure one is available for your visit please book in advance by contacting hello@birminghammuseums.org.uk
