Take a step back into the 18th century and explore home of Birmingham's greatest industrialist Matthew Boulton, for FREE.

Learn about the lives of the Georgian people through the eyes of the rising middle classes, and step down into our cellars to see how the house kept running thanks to the help of Boulton's servants.

The house will be open for you to wander around at your leisure. There are no guided tours on this day, instead there will be interpreters in the the house who are full of stories about the family and 18th century living, so make sure you stop and ask them some questions!

We have a café on site should you wish to stay a while and have a drink or take a bite.

Online pre-booking is available, however visitors can just drop-in from 11am - 4pm, with last entry to the house at 3pm.

FREE entry to both the house and gardens.
