Day Delegate Package

Day delegate package is £39 + VAT per head. The package includes the following:

  • hire of the Event suite (or part of dependent on numbers) 
  • data projector, screen and one microphone
  • WiFi
  • delegate pens, notepads and name cards
  • chilled filtered water and jars of candy in the main meeting room 
  • unlimited servings of freshly brewed ground coffee and an assortment of ethical teas accompanied with a shortbread selection
  • fresh fruit served with all refreshment breaks 
  • buffet lunch - choose option 1 or 2 from our buffet menus
  • arrival refreshments served in the Future Gallery (this area must be vacated by 10am)
  • complimentary access to the museum on the day of the event until 5pm

Finger Buffet
  • Assortment of Bloomer sandwiches, poppy seed bagels & flat breads with a variety of fillings
  • Piri Piri marinated chicken skewers
  • King prawns marinated in ginger & garlic cooked in tempura batter
  • Genoese cherry tomato focaccia topped with mozzarella, olives & oregano
  • Sweet potato fries
  • Chocolate brownie
  • Mini scones filled with strawberry preserve and cream
  • Freshly brewed ground coffee, selection of ethical teas, sparkling & still water

Finger Buffet

Cold Fork Buffet
  • Selection of Dressed salmon & gammon ham

  • Pasta dressed with pesto, spinach 
  • Prawn, noodle & sweet chilli salad 
  • Hot new potatoes seasoned with sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • Selection of artisan breads complimented with olive oil & balsamic reduction
  • Freshly brewed ground coffee, selection of ethical teas, sparkling & still water

Menu 4 - add a supplement of £5 per head

Hot fork menu

Main course

Choose 1 meat dish
  • Chicken sagwala served with basmati rice, poppadoms, naan bread, tomato and red onion raita , mint yoghurt & mango chutney
  • Spicy lamb koftas dressed with a vine tomato & red wine sauce accompanied with pasta 
  • Slow roast pork belly resting on a bed of Moroccan rice
  • Chorizo sausage & three bean casserole
Choose 1 fish dish
  • Pan seared tuna fillet served on a bed of beetroot risotto
  • Salmon roasted & infused with basil complimented with lightly steamed pak choi, baby carrots ,asparagus & oyster mushrooms
  • Fish & chips complimented with lemon & caper mayonnaise
Choose 1 vegetarian dish
  • Thyme seasoned rosti potato topped with wild mushrooms
  • Vegetable bhaji with sour cream ,lemon & coriander
  • Asparagus risotto cake topped with sun blush tomatoes and mozzarella

Main courses are served with chef’s selection of seasonal salads, new potatoes and homemade chunky chips.


Choose 1 of the following desserts to finish:
  1. Chocolate ganache tart enhanced with beetroot sauce and candied orange
  2. Raspberry cheesecake finished with mint reduction and raspberries
  3. Pear & ginger trifle
  4. Warm apple & sultana crumble tart served with crème anglaise

Please note: A day delegate rate including the use of our theatre is also available. Alternative room hire and catering can also be amended to suit your requirements.
