A Tour and Talk exploring the subject of Death in the Middle Ages followed by a Death Café.

What was death like 700 years ago? How did people commemorate their dead?

Find out more in this intriguing talk and tour of Weoley Castle Ruins, followed by an open conversation about death and dying today. A Death Café is a place for tea, biscuits and open conversation about death, and a space to think about living well until we die. There is no theme, no agenda – the conversation goes where it leads us.

This event is free but booking is required. The tour takes place outdoors and on uneven ground, suitable footwear and clothing is advised.

With support from BrumYODO as part of the A Matter of Life and Death programme for Dying Matters Week 2022.
