Step into our Thinktank Planetarium for a cinema-style screening. Unwind and enjoy a specially selected space-themed film in a setting designed to inspire curiosity and wonder.

This month's feature:  Galaxy Quest

The alumni cast of a cult space TV show have to play their roles as the real thing when an alien race needs their help.  However, they also have to defend both Earth and the alien race from a reptilian warlord.

Event Information:

Main Thinktank doors are open from 7pm.
Please enter the museum from Level 0, the Thinktank Main Entrance.
Once you've presented your tickets at the welcome desk, you're free to explore the museum before the film.

Planetarium doors open by 7:25pm.
The Planetarium is located on Level 3.

The film starts at 7.30pm.
There are no trailers and the film will start promptly.
It's difficult for us to admit latecomers, so please aim to arrive with plenty of time to spare!

Pre-booking is essential as places are limited. Seating is unallocated.

This film was not made to be projected in a full-dome format, but we will be using our big cinema screen inside the dome.
