Join us over the festive season at two of our stunning venues. 

Entertain your guests at the elegant Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, or at the fun and quirky Thinktank, Birmingham Science Museum, for a Christmas event to remember. 

We have two Christmas packages available from £75 + VAT per person:

  • Drinks Receptions and Canapés: 6:30pm-8:30pm
  • Dinner, Drinks and Canapés: 6:30pm-10:00pm

Thinktank, Birmingham Science Museum

A futuristic and fun atmosphere with a museum twist.

Costs per head:

  • Drinks Reception and Canapés: £78 + VAT
  • Dinner, Drinks and Canapés: £93 + VAT

Capacity: 50-120.

Special offer

Book a dinner with us before October 2026 and get a free Prosecco reception, a supplementary access to the current exhibitions of the hosting venue. Plus, 1 x additional hour in the Museum until:

  • Drinks Receptions and Canapés (normally 6:30pm-8:30pm) up to 9:30pm.
  • Dinner and Canapés  (normally 6:30pm-10:00pm) up to 11:00pm.

  • Butternut Squash and Sage Soup with a Stilton Beignet.
    Vegan and gluten free available.
  • Game Terrine with Plum, Apple Chutney and Watercress.

  • Traditional Roast Turkey, Pigs in Blankets, Stuffing, Roast Roots and Shredded Greens with a Red Wine Jus.
    Gluten free available.
  • Individual, Sustainably Sourced Fish Pie, Champagne and Caviar Cream Sauce, topped with Duchess Potato, Served with Seasonal Greens Wild Mushroom Filo Parcel with a Tarragon Velouté.
    Vegan option available.
Desserts
  • Traditional Christmas Pudding, Brandy Sauce and Clotted Cream. 
    Vegan and gluten free available.
  • Baked Vanilla Cheesecake, Rhubarb and Crème Anglaise.

 Additional vegan dessert available upon request.
