Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery BookAbout Healing Arts - Soundbath taster sessions with Manoj Collective
Sound offers a powerful pathway into deep relaxation. This special 30 mn taster session offers a gentle introduction to an immersive sound journey, guided by Manoj through a rich tapestry of soothing tones crafted from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments.
Designed to calm the nervous system, this short experience invites your body and mind into a state of rest and restoration. As the sounds unfold, you may notice a sense of release, balance, and quiet clarity, offering just a glimpse of the deeper benefits this practice can bring.
While this session is brief, full-length sound healing experiences are available to book separately for those who would like to explore the practice more deeply.
This session is part of Healing Arts Birmingham (HABrum), a week-long, city-wide event showing how arts, culture and heritage can improve health, wellbeing and social equity.
The programme brings together community activity and professional practice from across Birmingham and the West Midlands. It showcases Birmingham's creative sector while demonstrating the evidence and methods behind creative health.
