  • 6:30pm - Sparkling reception under the Spitfire. 
    Full access to the interactive exhibitions.
  • 7:15pm - Dinner in the Thinktank Event Suite.

  • Individual, Sustainably Sourced Fish Pie, Champagne and Caviar Cream Sauce, topped with Duchess Potato, Served with Seasonal Greens Wild Mushroom Filo Parcel with a Tarragon Velouté.
