About Soundbaths with the Manoj Collective

A reset ritual to help you relax, unwind and feel deeply soothed in the sanctuary of Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.

Over 60 minutes, you’ll be guided by local sound practitioner Manoj of Manoj Collective through an immersive sound journey. Using a range of instruments including crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, the session unfolds within our beautiful Pre-Raphaelite Galleries. Surrounded by art and held in the tranquillity of the space, you’ll be invited into a state of deep relaxation and gentle connection with your inner world.

The benefits of sound meditation are wide-ranging, from calming the nervous system to supporting rest and clarity, but it’s something that truly needs to be experienced to be understood.
