Thinktank is open from 10am - 5pm 7 days a week (including bank holidays) with last admission at 4pm.
Tickets can be bought on the door or pre-booked. Prices do not include entrance to the Planetarium.

Planetarium shows are £2.50 per person in addition to the Thinktank admission price. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket desk on arrival.

Weekday Term-Time Ticket Offers
Weekdays during Birmingham term time only, there is an adult and toddler (3-5 years old) ticket offer for just £15. Offer is not available during school holidays. Book your Adult and Toddler tickets online.

Children Visiting Us
We welcome unaccompanied children aged 12 or over. Children aged 11 or under will need to be accompanied by a parent, or a guardian aged 16 or over.
All children under 16 wanting to join a LEGO session or Planetarium show must be accompanied by a parent, or a guardian aged 16 or over.
Children will be asked to leave if behaviour is not appropriate and affects exhibits or other visitor’s experiences.

How to Get Here
Thinktank is situated within Millennium Point, Digbeth, which is just minutes from Birmingham City Centre and The Bullring. The nearest motorways are the M6, M5 and M42.
The closest car park to Thinktank is the Millennium Point multi-storey car park located on Jennens Road which is operated by Birmingham City Council (charges apply). For google maps and Sat Nav use postcode B4 7AP. Blue Badge holders can park for free, there are 20 blue badge bays within the car park and the maximum height restriction for the car park is 2.1 metres.
The Millennium Point building is approximately 20 meters from the multi-story car park and from Level 1 and Level 2 of the multi-story car park there is step free access into Millennium Point. Thinktank’s main entrance is located on Level 2 of Millennium Point.
The nearest train station is Moor Street station (10 minutes walk away). Turn right upon leaving Moor St Station, just before the Clayton Hotel (formerly Hotel LaTour,) veer right to enter the City Park. Walk through the Park, past the Science Garden and in through the entrance of Millennium Point.
New Street Station (15 minutes walk away). Due to the redevelopment of Birmingham New Street station, changes have been made to the entrance/exit points. From New Street Station follow clear signage to Moor Street Station (approx 5 minutes walk) then follow directions above.
