Volunteering

We are lucky to have an amazing team of volunteers supporting us at all nine of our sites. Our volunteers get involved with a whole range of projects and activities and we couldn't do what we do without them. 

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Heritage Interpreter at Blakesley Hall

We are looking for people who are passionate about history and enjoy meeting new people. If you are an approachable people person who would like to get involved in welcoming visitors to our beautiful Tudor house and with events at the site then we want to hear from you.

Interview and induction: You will need to be available for an informal interview on the morning of Wednesday 27th March and an induction on the afternoon of Wednesday 3rd April.

Learning Resource Assistant at Blakesley Hall

We are looking for someone who is interested in museum learning and would enjoy assisting our Learning Officer at Blakesley Hall. If you are a friendly person who would like to develop your experience in working with children and families then we want to hear from you.

Castle Keeper at Weoley Castle

We are looking for people who are friendly and enthusiastic. If you would enjoy helping to care for the castle ruins and planning for event days and craft activities then we want to hear from you.
