Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery

We're delighted that Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery has reopened its doors. Open spaces include the Pre-Raphaelites galleries, Staffordshire Hoard, Birmingham History Galleries, Round Room, Industrial Gallery, Bridge Gallery, Wild City (a new family gallery), Tearoom and Museum Shop, as well as a series of exhibitions. Open Monday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm.

Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery is housed in a stunning Grade II* listed landmark building that has watched over the city’s Chamberlain and Victoria Squares since 1885, welcoming millions of visitors over the years.

Open Monday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm.

  • General admission is FREE. Donations are welcome, thank you for your support. No booking required.
  • Some events and exhibitions may charge, this information is included in the What's On details.
  • Tearoom open 10am - 4pm.
  • Last entry 4:45pm.

Closed: 24, 25, 26 December and 1 January.
