Step into the magic of the season at Santa’s Workshop at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, where little ones are welcomed into a cosy, festive setting to meet Santa himself.

Children will gather round to meet Farther Christmas, before heading to his workshop with our Christmas Elves for a hands-on craft activity. While families get creative, each child will be invited to meet Santa personally to receive a special gift and have a photo taken to remember the day. This 45-minute experience is filled with festive cheer, creativity, and memorable moments, making it the perfect way to celebrate the season together.

Good to know

• Tickets to see Santa are an additional charge, priced at £7.00 per child
• Babies in arms (under 12 months) do not require a ticket if they are accompanying another paying child unless you would like them to have the full Santa experience with a gift.
• The Grotto is located on Level 2.
• The event takes place at 1 pm and 3 pm on weekends and Christmas holidays from 5th of December till the 23rd of December.
• Pre-booking is strongly advised
