Policies, plans and reportsBy purchasing a ticket by telephone, at the Ticket Desk, via the website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale. All tickets are sold by Birmingham Museums Trust, a limited company (Company No 7737797) and registered charity (Charity No 1147014). Registered Office: Chamberlain Square, Birmingham B3 3DH.
- All tickets are subject to availability
- Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the event
- Tickets are non-refundable or transferable
- Tickets are valid on the ticket date only
- Proof of concession may be required on admission. To be eligible for the concessionary rate, you must receive or hold one or more of the following:
- Disability Living Allowance
- Personal Independence Payment
- Job Seekers Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Council Tax Support
- Universal Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Pension Credit
- Attendance Allowance
Or be one of the following:
- NUS Student
- Forward Carers Card holder (physical card and virtual card)
- Max Card holder
- All discounts are offered subject to availability. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and can be withdrawn at any time
- Tesco vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Annual Passes or in conjunction with any other offer
- For timed events (e.g. tours and shows), tickets are valid for the time and date specified on the ticket
- We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or schedule without obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets
- Any visitor who holds an invalid ticket will be refused entry or asked to leave
- Defaced or altered tickets are invalid
- Tickets may not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain. Such tickets become invalid
- Tickets are sold subject to the Data Protection Act 1998
- We reserve the right to refuse admission where we believe other visitors comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected.
