  • Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the event
  • Tickets are non-refundable or transferable
  • Tickets are valid on the ticket date only
     
  • Proof of concession may be required on admission. To be eligible for the concessionary rate, you must receive or hold one or more of the following:
    • Disability Living Allowance
    • Personal Independence Payment
    • Job Seekers Allowance
    • Employment and Support Allowance
    • Income Support
    • Council Tax Support
    • Universal Credit
    • Housing Benefit
    • Pension Credit
    • Attendance Allowance
  • Or be one of the following:

    • NUS Student
    • Forward Carers Card holder (physical card and virtual card)
    • Max Card holder

     

  • All discounts are offered subject to availability.  Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and can be withdrawn at any time
  • Tesco vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Annual Passes or in conjunction with any other offer
  • For timed events (e.g. tours and shows), tickets are valid for the time and date specified on the ticket
  • We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or schedule without obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets
  • Any visitor who holds an invalid ticket will be refused entry or asked to leave
  • Defaced or altered tickets are invalid
  • Tickets may not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain. Such tickets become invalid

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission where we believe other visitors comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected.
