About Blakesley Hall by Candlelight

Pick up a candle and step through the doors of Blakesley Hall as it might have looked on a dark night 400 years ago.

We’re excited to present Blakesley Hall by Candlelight, where the hall will be bathed in the warm glow of LED candles, recreating a Tudor night. Join our friendly storyteller to discover Tudor secrets and superstitions surrounding the night, and watch shadows flicker in the candlelight as you explore the Hall. A fun evening suitable for all the family!
 

After your tour join us in the Herb Garden Cafe to take part in our Tudor inspired craft activity.

Entry to this event is by guided tour. Tours at 5.00pm and 6.30pm and last one hour. Tours start in the Hall.

Pre-booking essential.

Accessibility: The ground floor and gardens are accessible to all visitors. The upper floors can only be accessed by stairs. Due to the historic nature of the building we are unable to install a lift. See accessibility information for full details.
