About Creating Calm - Dot painting workshop

Step away from the digital noise and join us for a session on the art of dot painting.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the meditative craft of "pointillism" on hand-cast plaster stones.

Whether you’re looking to unlock a new creative hobby or just want two hours of something arty to focus on, you’ll leave with a beautiful handcrafted painted ornament.

With guidance through out the session by workshop runner Lowenna Mistry, it is sure to be your new favourite hobby.

Event Information

  • Spaces are limited to 10 people, ensuring everyone has plenty of guidance throughout the session.
  • Please be aware that there are two entrance steps. A ramp is available on request. Please email us in advance at hello@birminghammuseums.org.uk so we can have it ready for your arrival.
