How to Make a Fundraising Complaint

Birmingham Museums Trust is registered with the Fundraising Regulator an independent body that sets standards for charitable fundraising. This means we pledge to stand by the Fundraising Promise and that our fundraising methods are legal, honest, open and respectful.

We hope we will never give you cause to make a fundraising complaint. However, if you would like to contact us, we will take your complaint seriously, and treat you politely and fairly. Please email your complaint to us at development@birminghammuseums.org.uk .

Our aim is to achieve resolution at the earliest stage possible. Once we receive your complaint, we promise to contact you within seven working days. If your complaint is more complex, we will be in touch to let you know how long we think the investigation will take.

If you are not satisfied with our response, please let us know and we will escalate your complaint to a member of the senior management team. If you are still unhappy, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator , who will independently investigate your complaint.
