Step into Gaming History at Gamesworld!
Join us for an immersive, family-friendly adventure through six decades of gaming history at Gamesworld in Thinktank! Explore themed zones featuring over 80 consoles across a variety of iconic video game franchises from the 80s to today. Whether you’re a nostalgic gamer or new to the scene, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
What to expect:
- Free-play access to a variety of gaming consoles and computers
- Over 80 games to play, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario and Minecraft plus many more
- Driving games where you can race against friends
- Upright arcade machines recreating the golden age of gaming
- Multiplayer systems for cooperative and competitive fun with friends and family
- A video game timeline showcasing the evolution of gaming from past to present
Perfect for all ages, Gamesworld invites you to relive the magic of your favourite games and discover new ones. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience filled with shared moments of gaming nostalgia.
Event information:
All children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult as there may be some age restrictions on some of the games and experiences. Games World is intended to be a family experience, where all generations can enjoy the games and consoles together, please be aware of what games your children are playing.
Sessions take place at 10:15am, 11:20am, 12:25pm, 2pm and 3:10pm and last 1 hour.
Cost is £3.50 per person in addition to the admission price (£3 for Members).
