About Planetarium May half-term Weekdays

Step inside our planetarium and join us for one of our planetarium shows.

We have three different shows running every day during the May half-term holidays (Tuesday 26 May - Friday 29 May). The show schedule is shown below (Note the schedule may change at short notice).

Planetarium shows cost £3.95 per person per show* (£3 for members), in addition to Thinktank's admission price.

Pre-booking available online as an add-on activity when you purchase your admission tickets.

Find out about the highlights of the current night sky, and take a close up view of some of the planets

Join scientists in the hunt for real aliens. Discover how robots are cleverly programmed to fly to alien worlds and land on their own. Will we ever encounter intelligent life in our galaxy? Are we perhaps alone in the Universe?

Little Star that Could

Join a little star on an adventure to find planets of his own, meeting uniquely colourful stars along the way.

Seasonal Stars: Spring

A show about easy-to-see objects in this season's sky; includes how to find the North Star and how to find some of the seasonal constellations.

Total show length 10min, suitable for all ages.
