About Meet the Experts

Here at Thinktank we are proud to host scientists and STEM professionals through our Meet the Experts program.

As part of the program local engineers, scientific researchers, and other experts are given a space in our museum to meet with the people of Birmingham and share their ideas!

With links to scientists at Aston University, Birmingham City University and University of Birmingham, and a host of STEM projects around the West Midlands, there's no end to the scientific talent we have at our disposal. Have a look below to see what experts we will be hosting in our museum soon. Please note, typical Meet the Experts hours will run from approx. 11am - 3pm, though times will vary on the day, and may be subject to last minute cancellation.

Monday 29th July- Centre for Developmental Science, University of Birmingham

We are developmental psychologists exploring how children use their imagination to solve problems. Come and try out our tasks and see if you are as clever as a cockatoo!
