Led by Birmingham’s own Graft Pilates, this expert-tutored session offers exclusive early-morning access to the museum before public opening hours. Move, stretch, and strengthen beneath world-class paintings in a truly inspiring setting.

After the class, unwind in the Museum Tearoomsand enjoy a complimentary drink, included with your ticket.

 

Classes take place on the last Sunday of every month
