Step into the magic of the season at Santa's Workshop, where little ones will be welcomed into a cosy and festive setting to meet Santa himself.

Children will gather together to enjoy a special visit with Father Christmas before joining his Christmas Elves in the workshop for a fun, hands-on craft activity.

As families get creative, each child will have the opportunity to meet Santa individually, receive a special gift, and pose for a memorable photo. Parents are welcome to take their own pictures, so don't forget to bring your camera!

This 45-minute experience is filled with festive cheer, creativity, and magical moments, making it the perfect way to celebrate the season together.

Each ticket includes a festive crafty session, a special gift for every child, and the opportunity for a photo with Santa.

Each child must be accompanied by an adult; no charge for accompanying adults.

Good to know

• Tickets to see Santa are an additional charge, priced at £7.00 per child
• All visitors must also hold a valid ticket to Thinktank for the same day.
• Babies in arms (under 12 months) do not require a ticket if they are accompanying another paying child unless you would like them to have the full Santa experience with a gift.
• The Grotto is located on Level 2.
• Event takes places at 11.30am, 1:30pm and 3pm on weekends and Christmas holidays from 5th of December till the 23rd of December.
• Pre-booking is strongly advised: tickets are available online as an add-on activity
