About Bargello workshop with Tina Francis

If you love colour, stitch and hanging your creations on your wall, then a Bargello workshop with Tina Francis is right up your street. Tina knows quite a lot about this type of stitch; in fact, she wrote a book about it!

Join Tina in this three-hour workshop and learn about colour, design, yarn and more. You will begin by learning an arch-type bargello stitch; after mastering this, you will be invited to choose your own colours ready to create a beautiful bargello masterpiece for yourself or maybe as the start of your handmade seasonal gifts.

Bargello is a great way to start stitching, and so the workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced stitchers alike. The examples shown are to whet your appetite, as your creation will use yarn colours you love.

Working in the bright and light Craft and Culture space next to the Museum of Jewellery Quarter, maybe the space will give you inspiration for your next bargello piece!
